Journal Your Dreams,

Change Your Life

Special Guest: Pamela Cummings

Journaling helps in every area of your life, and recording your nighttime dreams – keeping a Dream Journal -  is a fascinating and powerful journaling practice.

Dream Journals are good for your psychological and emotional health. Dreams may help you work through your waking life’s unprocessed material and help you come to terms with situations. Psychologists believe that there is a scientific link between our minds and our behaviour; dream journaling can give insight into our mind during sleep.

In this episode, Pamela will share with you how dreams benefit our lives. You’ll discover the perks of journaling your dreams upon awakening and gain inspiration for recording them. Learn the different Dream Journal styles and decide what type will work best for you.

Plus, we’ll give a few tips to start you on your journey of learning the secret language of dreams!

Nurturing Confidence
Special Guest: Karen Lukanovich

Self-esteem is a core identity issue, essential to personal validation and our ability to experience joy.

Self-esteem comes from the inside out. It means that a woman is not dependent upon anyone else to make her feel good about herself, because she already knows she’s fine just the way she is. She is confident and aware of her strengths and abilities. She wants to share them with others. She is also aware of areas needing work and growth. But that’s ok because she knows she’s not perfect, and she doesn’t have to be. No one is. She understands that we all have our strengths and weaknesses.

Conversely, a woman with low self-esteem has no control over her life. But that can change. You can get help and emotional healing.

In this episode, Karen will uncover for us the myths around women and confidence, and provide actionable strategies on what really supports nurturing our confidence.
