To help access deep emotions, thoughts and memories, Gita has found that the creative arts works magic. By the end of this workshop you will be writing poetry in a new voice after a quick lesson using examples from Gita’s book, “Poems of Angst and Awe”.

No matter our circumstances, everybody can enjoy the unique benefits of Laughter Yoga.   As a Laughter Yoga practitioner since 2006, and Master Trainer, Liliana has seen how the daily practice has helped many.  She will share how Laughter as an exercise can help our physical and emotional wellbeing, and how attendees can strategically incorporate the practice without necessarily attending Laughter Yoga classes.

Mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness. But how does one keep their emotional health in tip-top shape?

In this two-part overview we explore ways you might be self sabotaging. I take you briefly through the science behind the assessment used to identify your unique constellation of saboteurs.

They have familiar names like judge, pleaser, and avoider, to name a few. Through journaling, you explore your saboteurs and their impact on your life. This is the first step in the name-claim-tame process.

Part two (Wed 7 April) we explore positive, replacement ways of showing up in the world!
